Brighton Maths Cancellation Policy

1. This policy is designed to limit regular cancellation of tutoring sessions, as well as to ensure respect and fairness between students and myself.


2. If unable to attend a scheduled tutoring session, students/parents/carers must notify me, Shelley Davey, of their unavailability no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson. This notice should be emailed to shelley@brightonmaths.co.uk or text to 07712 890 294.


3. The first instance of not providing the notice described above will not incur any fee to recognise there are occasions where cancellations are outside of the students control.


4. On subsequent cancellations that fail to provide adequate notice as described above, Brighton Maths reserves the right to charge the client the full fee for the scheduled lesson.
